INFORMATION/REFERRAL & CASE MANAGEMENT
MDCS provides on-site information and referral to link clients with additional social services and benefits offered throughout the county to help them maintain self-sufficiency while also avoiding homelessness.
We have caring staff and volunteers who are knowledgeable about community resources and who provide coaching and encouragement for our clients.
We also partner with the Harford Community Action Agency to provide financial literacy workshops.
